MRAG Maitland Regional Art Gallery

MRAG has developed a range of options for people who are interested in using our building as a venue. The following rates have been developed in keeping with MRAG’s requirements for staffing during private events. Please note that your enquiry or booking is not confirmed until a walkthrough has been undertaken with an MRAG staff member, an Event Details form completed and deposit paid.

• Non-Members  – $240.00
• Members – $200.00

Meeting Room Hire

Capacity

• Seated (meeting with tables) – 15 to 20
• Seated (facing lectern, no tables) – 20 to 25

Rates

• Hourly – $80.00
• Half Day – $140.00
• Full Day – $180.00

Additional Costs

• Any additional time after the allotted hire time incurs an hourly fee.
• All prices include GST and are subject to change without notice. Fees include facilities hire and the services of two Maitland Regional Art Gallery staff to act as front of house officers and assist with Gallery Shop sales. 

Available facilities

MRAG has a selection of facilities and equipment available for hirers. This includes: sound system, lectern, whiteboard, stage, easels, small kitchen, male, female and disabled toilets, chairs, tables, wine glasses (x200), urns, coffee cups (x20) and saucers. Tablecloths are available for hire.

Catering

On site catering is available through the Gallery café, Séraphine. Please phone café proprietor Jenny Benning 4934 7264 to discuss catering arrangements.
