Salvatore Zofrea is one of Australia’s most accomplished woodcut artists. This exhibition of native flowers and birdlife highlights the artist’s skill, and his ability to express the exuberance of the bushland found outside his studio window, in this medium. This selection of woodcut prints is from Zofrea’s Days of Summer Series which the artist donated to the MRAG Collection in 2014.
