2014 Brenda Clouten Memorial travelling scolarship for a young achiever in visual arts.

November 28, 2014 | 12:00 am

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the winner of the Brenda Clouten Memorial Travelling Scholarship for Young Achievers in the Visual Arts (BCMTS) will be announced on Friday 28 November 2014 at the launch of the exhibition at 6pm.

This year’s finalists are Indeah Clark, Liss Finney, Michaela Swan and Lily Ward.

The BCMTS was established in 2005 by Vicki and Bruce Woods to honour the memory of their friend Brenda Clouten, who in 1999 passed away of breast cancer.  It aims to support, foster and encourage the talents of emerging young artists across the Hunter region.

Maitland Regional Art Gallery acknowledges the generous support of the Bushrangers Bar & Brasserie who make the award possible.
