Conversations: Art and Dementia Community Day
Maitland Regional Art Gallery offers engaging social tours of current exhibitions aimed specifically for people living with dementia and their carers. The tours are guided by a trained facilitator who uses artwork as the stimulus to encourage discussion and self-expression through conversation and art making, enabling visitors to express their thoughts and emotions.
