Creative Expression for Depression/Anxiety.

Depression affects 1 in 5 Australians. Art therapy often provides us with insights into our behaviour and the reasons behind it that are difficult to access via more verbal, intellectual thought processes. As depression and anxiety affect so many people throughout the course of their lives, I believe that it is beneficial to learn life skills which can help in the difficult moments that come to us all in life. The workshop is designed to give you a greater sense of insight and therefore power over your emotional state, resulting in better decision-making and peace of mind.
