After attending art school at Julian Ashton and then the Queensland College of Art Luke Roberts has supported his ongoing art practice by undertaking a series of artist residencies, including the PSI Fellowship, New York, the Walter Reid Cultural Centre in Rockhampton and the British School in Rome, Italy. Luke has a wide ranging and extensive history of exhibition, including the Biennale of Sydney 2002 and the 2nd Asia-Pacific Triennial, performance and engagement with art worker union activities and other art and life related political actions.
