Licha is interested in the human character and the behaviour of how people react towards each other. Her art practice continues to explore the individual caught in the complexity of modern living.  As stated by Licha,

‘My work aims to respond to the conditions of the contemporary person surrounded by a magnitude of everyday emotions’

For Licha, human fragility – feelings of isolation are strong themes in her practice but supported too by the human desire and faith in the presentation of new opportunities.
