Maitland Regional Art Gallery's School Holiday Program has landed!

Cool Art July turns up the heat this winter, with performances, artist workshops and drop-in experiences to suit every age and ability. There’s interactive exhibitions, animation and felted sculpture, printmaking, portraiture and oil painting, performance labs with theatre makers, artist talks and much, much more!

Everyone is welcome, bookings essential. The Gallery is wheelchair accessible.

Join textile artist and designer Cat Rabbit and animator Isobel Knowles, the artists’ behind the exhibition See You in the Soup, to hear about their collaboration Soft Stories and creative process used in the animated short film, from analogue prop making to the digital production.

Bev Beazley is an expert at rules and restrictions, working to conditions as Lollipop Lady and Covid Safety Officer, policing park picnics and physical distancing.
