Nicole Barakat is also a Sydney based artist who studied at COFA being awarded a Bachelor of Applied Arts (textiles) hons in 2001. Since then she has worked as both a performance and a visual artist. Her exhibitions include Hajara Waraka Miqass at the Plump Gallery following her residency in Bethlehem Palestine, Cross Arts Projects and Remarking/Remaking at Blacktown Arts Centre.
