Creating Bird Friendly Environments

To coincide with the Twitcher exhibition being held at Maitland Regional Art Gallery from 12 October, 2024 to 15 February, 2025 (https://mrag.org.au/exhibition/twitcher/), Councils Environment and Art Gallery teams are joining together to present a Creating Bird Friendly Environments workshop on 16 November from 10.00am.
The workshop will explore Maitland’s common bird species, their behaviours in relation to feeding and habitat requirements, and participants will have the opportunity to learn the basics of plant propagation.
Ticket cost is $5.00 and tickets will be on sale from 9am, 2 September here A light morning tea is included.
