Creative writing with ‘Saturday’ artist Alex Morris for Kids 9 – 12 years

Join artist, poet, and writer Alex Morris in a tour of the exhibition ‘Saturday: When Commercial Artists Go Rogue’, then explore the world words in a creative writing workshop.

Alex Morris will assign each participant a day of the week to get creative with. You will have the chance to write your own poem and join in a traditional writing workshop where you will analyse and discuss each other’s pieces in a positive and constructive way.

At the end of the workshop, time permitting, poets have an opportunity to perform their poem in an impromptu poetry slam!
