Enjoy live music by local electronic musician J.Campbell as you explore the Gallery, then pick up something special in our Shop inspired by what’s on display.
J. Campbell is the eponymous project of Newcastle resident, Jason Campbell. Whereas his other alias, Collector, sees him producing abrasive, industrial techno, this is instead occupies an opposing sphere of restrained ambience and drawn-out field recordings. Minimal piano lines and spoken word intertwine with gradual synth movements and processed acoustic instrumentation, resulting in sincere vignettes that reflect his coastal home.
This event is Auslan sign interpreted.
The Gallery is wheelchair accessible.
Your free ticket includes a complimentary refreshment upon arrival.
